I bought an apc inverter from the dealer in marthahalli bangalore. He sells bicron power battery. It doesnt work properly no backup. When we complained to the dealer about the problem and instead of helping us he started shouting at us. Has no manners of how to address to a customer especially a lady. So my advice to the readers is never buy from these people.
They’re frauds. The battery hardly works for 2 months. Nobody receives calls and the person incharge for the after sales gets too many calls he is a very busy man. No patience to listen to the customer. They’re frauds dont nuy from them!
