I bought " APC inverter’ 800 watt from Bicron. Their customer service is totally junk. I won’t call it a company. I tried contacting their customer care but I wasted my time, no response. Then luckily one day I was able to contact them, but they promise that they would sent me the Warranty card. But still 3 months are over, no response from their side. Their sales person promised me that I will receive the warranty card, but his promise was false.
