Never had I experienced so much of emotions for the well being of the family then while watching this movie’**APNE’.
*I saw this movie on Saturday, second day of its release and I will be very honest when I say that I saw the best of:
Dharm paaji, sunny, Bobby .
We all knew about the potential of Deols . Having seen them over the years performing on and off screen as a close knit, full of love for their family, but never had we thought that they will come up with a full Voltage family performance like this.
They will make you laugh, sing, cry with them.
You will certainly feel the pain, anger, happiness and become a part of their family.
See this movie not for this movie should give you your money’s worth but see it for the love and emotions in the family .
See it for a feeling best explained by a group of young boys sitting next to us, in one scene sunny watches his dad about to be punched by the villian, the feelings of jumping in to save his dad, throwing in himself and shouting and fighting as if there is no tomorrow made that group stand up and shout’ Maar isko Maar’. Unimaginable, the reactions in the movie theater was electrifying .
Apne is all about the relations which a family shares, it proves that there is no body quiet like your own people, in good times in bad times it is the apne that are with you, They cry when you cry, they laugh when you laugh.
APNE** may not be the most well made commercial hit but this movie made me proud being an Indian, being a punjabi and being a member of my own family .
Apne has revived the feeling of Family bonding in me. I am sure you will feel the same once you see this movie.
