Very poor experience. I had visited for planned health checkup, which was pre-paid. I was provided with an appointment. Despite the appointment and reaching before time, it took more than 90 mins to even get started. Despite having a receipt of the money paid, they were not able to even find the payment details which further delayed the start of the process.
Not all the tests were completed in one visit as one of the technician didn’t turn up. So had to again go back in the evening and wait another 1 hour. Overall not well managed.
