I had bad experience with Dr. Vanitha in Appollo Clinic Bangalore. I took my wife to her for skin prob and I asked what could be the reason, so that we can take precaution. But she responded so impatiently and irritatingly; we even thought to leave there without even taking the medicine. But considering my wife, I bought the medicines for her which was advised for 2 weeks. But even after 2 weeks, there is no change but thank God it didnt get any worse.
If doctors are behaving like this, (when we are paying the money and reaching them for good service), how should we (who paid the money for service) behave? I truly want to remind her that she didnt do any free service that I should bear her attitude. And also – I think their vow while getting the doctorate is to serve…and this is service sector. Is this the service they are giving?
Madam Vanitha - please get some time to listen to your patient and also please be informed that the patient has every right to ask you questions and to know in detail about what medicines you have prescribed and what exactly is the problem.
Thanks!
