I went for one the health check-up service provided by Apollo Clinic Koramangala, Banaglore for my Mom. Since the check-ups usually take 1/2 day, I choose to take a day off and went in weekdays. I enquired the clinic before for which they said no appointments needed and week-days are better than in week-ends and you can walk-in in the morning. Well surprise, once I reach the hospital and paid the money(2k) for the so called Master Health Check-up.
The small place was crowded with about 50-60 odd people who have come in the same day for check-up. The facility is not meant for handling so many people in a given day. Even though the staff tried their best to accommodate, I would not recommend anybody going for this kind of health check high(2k) and you have to struggle give the tests and get the reports in queues. Apollo Clinic should take appointments and only limit to number of people they can accommodate in their facility. I would not recommend the current format of health check-up to anybody.
