Not sure how many people will read this and believe our exp. My wife delivered a baby in Cradle sometime ago. We selected cradle after hearing from others but I need to tell they are just money making machine, taking advantage of the phscological state of parents mind and forcing unwanted treatments for the new borns. Firstly it sounds like a fishmarket.
They dont take their feedbacks seriously and correct their issue. Information in the reports are typed wrong (Typed by a Doc). Though my wife delivered a baby girl and fortunately I was present in the O.T the doctor in the summary release report had typed that the baby born to us was male. My wife was quick to point put the mistake and the doctor had an explaination ready that it was a typing mistake., WOW! A HUGE TYPING MISTAKE INDEED! They take advantage of corporates.
They charge you a bomb and charge for small things like feeding bottle etc ( and not it give return the bottle to you). Iwould like to bring to attention of all of those planning for a delivery at CRADLE, be aware you wife might be in a complete normal state to have a normal delivery but the doctor’s for their commission will scare the daylights out of you and force you for a C-Section. All the doctors associated with the institution have targets to meet therefore, they will not leave a single opportunity to take advantage of your emotions and fool you.
I am suprised a hospital of Apollo’s stature has scooped down to such dirty level of money making at the cost of human sentiments.
All that I would say is..Cradle is not worth the money you are spending because you go through nightmare while you are admitted out there. Everybody goes by a thinking...expensive is good but thats wrong. They have their own target just like a service industry and to achieve their targets they play with human emotions.
Please please think 100 times before admitting to Cradle
