Though they claim to be number one in Bangalore, its tough to get Dr. Kishore’s appointment how much ever you kid be ill. Once it happened to me that my son who is suffering from exercise induced bronchitis was made to suffer for 4 hours and no doctor turned up to check him till we shouted at the staff and walked out of the Cradle hospital. Initially staff told that my son will be consulted by Dr. Kishore as a walk-in case then later it was transferred to another pediatric doctor and then they said the doctor is in Operation theater and hence Dr. Nandini Nagar (who used to consult my son earlier) will consult.
After waiting for 4 hours and explaining the pain my child is going through.... staff at Cradle told me that Dr.Nandini has gone to home due to some emergency and we immediately can consult a duty pediatrician available. I knew that doctor on duty as useless and hopeless. So I was left with no choice but to walk out of Cradle.
And one more time at night 1am we visited the place to get nebulization for my son and for my wonder the staff at duty told that the medical shop is closed and we have to get asthalin ampules from Ramakrishna hospital medical shop. When I told him that the same hospital had earlier provided medicines for same reason at same time, the Mallu staff Simbly refused to give. I was very upset with these two situations but we have not cut our relationship with the Hospital as Dr, Kishore is one of the best and the Immunization program here is world class. I now visit only for immunization program. Otherwise hate the place like anything.
