My 2 month old baby was having ear infection. I noticed at night so I took her to Cradle (where she was delivered) the very morning. I got an appointment with Dr Girish. I wouldn’t have gone to him if I had even a slightest idea of his arrogance. The receptionist called up the doctor asking if he is available and then gave me the appointment.
Doctor was free but was on phone for a longer time. When he called us inside, he was on phone again( with a relative most probably by his conversation)while he was treating my daughter. He didnt even check her ears before he prescribed an antibiotic.
When I asked him to check, he told me I am a walk in so he doesn’t have much time to spend with my daughter. Seriously???? why did you bill me the same amount when u cant spend the same time with my daughter as u spend with other appointment patients? That was my last visit to cradle.. I would never visit it again.
I have found a new doctor Dr Manjunath for my daughter.. Much better doctor who listen to us and doesn’t prescribe unnecessary antibiotics.
