If you are planning to go to Cradle for your pregnancy routine(9 months), PLEASE re-think and avoid Cradle.
Reasons:
The doctors really don’t care too much. It’s just a part time job for them as they all run there own clinics elsewhere.
Doctors don’t tell you anything clearly. If you ask some genuine concerns, they get irrirated and use some complicated medical terms and get out of the situation.
No co-ordination between the shift doctors.
So called "MATERNITY SPA" is only a little better than government hospital.
Nurses are PATHETIC. Typical MALLU nurses who have passed out from some fraud nursing college with bare minimum knowledge on what is to be done. They don’t even know how to give an injection properly.
You have to pay for the mistakes doctors commit while delivery.
Charges are VERY VERY high for no good reason.
The admin staff is very rude and they argue for everything you ask for. They are no clue what they have been appointed for. They don’t understand the "INSURANCE" term and spend most of the duty time gossiping about some bullshit.
The food quality is worse than the one served in office cafeterias.
MONEY MONEY MONEY.thats all cradle is about.
My advice is to do a good homework and find out genuinely good doctors in Bangalore(there are many, I realized it too late). Don’t go for brand name and status. Trust me all that does not exist and would not matter. End of the day you want your wife and baby to be healthy and safe.
