The only good thing about this place is location. I have been a regular visitor with family member for last 4 years and I feel its time for me to seriously STOP going there just because of location. Let me highlight the common issues
Whenever you call, they will pick up and say the doctor has only 2 more patient for the doctor you ask if available. They mention if available and mention you would be next if you come now. That is a complete lie and they do it ALL the time
Blood collection for "medical checkup" or "company needing checkup" and "real patient" have one line. You pay the amount and then you know your number is 106 and the current running number is around 56. The 50 people waiting are there from some company who are on annual checkup or new joinee who has to do mandatory checkup. So if you are a real patient going for some testing, avoid, avoid and always avoid.
There is usually no incharge or manager. If you have taken a health check up plan of couple of thousand, you are left to roam on your own. The new ECG is behind the building and when you go reach early, they request to go there and get your ECG done. By the time ECG is done, the blood collection line is huge. When asked who you did not let me do this first, they come up with stupid answers.
Doctors are always late. If you have a special doctor to show or if you plan that you will reach early so that you will be the first patient, don’t be fooled. You may be the first patient, but the doctors come 30 min late. So you came 30 min early hoping you would be the first to see, and the doc is 30 min late. So be prepared to wait for 1 hour what ever you plan.
Clean - The good thing is they keep things clean.
Expensive & different - Certainly compared to others, they are expensive. As they are expensive they have to show that they are different. The way they are different is they prescribe expensive medicine and always suggest different than what you have been taking for last 2 days.
