I am writing for a new Health Insurance co. in the market and that’s Apollodv Health Insurance. It’s new in the market with best products. Premium is little high but in return is with some outstanding features like lifetime renewal and no sub limits which make it different in the market.
I would like to appreciate the customer service they provide. When ever I have any doubt I call them up and they are so quick in attending calls and providing the best solution to my problems.
I called them up a week back wherein my call got disconnected twice . I did not try them again but I couldn’t believe that they called me up and solved my query. My previous Insurer was ICICI wherein I used to try their toll free for at least a week to get in touch with them.
