I wanted to relocate from Ghaziabad(UP) to Bangalore. I got call from Aicel Cargo Packers and Movers( http://www.aircelcargopackersmovers.com) also running business as Apollo Express Packers and Movers. Names of these frauds are Rajesh Kumar(Mobile 9311221947) and Manjeet Chaudhary(Mobile 9313356600).
They quoted me Rs. 10000 to transport my Maruti Swift car and promised door to door delivery within 7 days. I made the advance payment through cheque in favour of Apollo Express Packers and Movers.
They provided me the receipt of ‘Apollo Express Packers and Movers’ and gave me the bill of Rs. 11180(including service tax) while I later realized that they do not have Service Tax registration number printed on receipt and additional 1180 amount was mentioned as ‘Additional Surcharge’ and not as tax.
When they come to pick up the car, I asked them to make payment through cheque, they told me to bill me with Apollo Express Packers and Movers as they have some ongoing financial dispute with Aircel Packers and Movers financial records. This was the first time they told me about this new company name. They showed me same mobile number printed on the bill book.
They advised me to transport other household items in car and put following items in car as these items are safer in car than truck:
Sony LCD TV
2 Mattresses
2 Mink Blankets
1 Rajai
1 Carton(Had 3 pairs of shoes and 1 Blu-ray player)
Above items are also mentioned in receipt they provided.
They picked up my car on 8th of Jan 2011 and called me 9th Jan that my car has been loaded in truck and will be delivered within 7 days. After 3-4 days, I called them to check the location of Truck but they stopped picking up phones. I used to call them from different phone numbers then they used to reply that car is in transit. On 20th Jan they told me that the truck which is carrying the car has got some gear box problem and is stuck in Nagpur. They also provided me truck driver’s number(8010380268). When I called at this number someone said that truck is getting repaired and he is awaiting money.
They were not picking phone from my numbers so I used to call them from different numbers and every time they said that they will check the status and will update us. There was no information from their side. On 25th night they replied me that truck is standing on border of Bangalore as borders are sealed in lieu of Republic Day. On 27th, they provided me the number of transporter(Ashok Bansal, Agarwal Car Carrier 9313306671). Mr. Ashok told me that he received car on 21st of Jan and truck will reach Bangalore by 28th of Jan. They used my car between 8th Jan to 20th Jan and also made accidents while they told me that the car is in transit. Truck reached on 28th night and I was asked to go to their godown(out of Bangalore city) and collect the car although I was promised for Door to door delivery. I had no option other than recovering my car.
I got shocked to see my car. All goods from car were stolen, only empty boxes were there. Car itself had following issues.
Side rear view mirror broken
All door locks were broken
Two tyres cut(cannot be repaired)
Left doors dented and painted with low quality
Multiple scratches at different places
Mudguards and bumpers broken
Multiple dents
As those thieves were not picking up my phone, I intimated them through SMS about the loss. I have already logged a case against them.
Please never use services from them. These are Haryanavi speaking folks and can interact with you using different name, company name and mobile numbers. These people are frauds. If you notice, you will find their different addresses(even the PIN code is different) on different advertisements and web links. There is no such office at mentioned address.
These are few other phone numbers I found on different sites. 9818605556, 9990673021, 011-32653508, 011-32991947. These numbers might have been changed after cheating customers now.
