Went to Apollo Hospital on Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore to consult dermatologist - Mr. Umashankar Nagaraju this evening. After waiting for close to 100 minutes, my turn came. But the consultation lasted only for flat 2 minutes. It seemed Mr. Umashankar was in a hurry to pack up for the day. He didn’t seem to be willing to hear me out on what exactly my problem is.
Paid a consultation fee of Rs. 300 and waited for 100 minutes for a 2 min consultation. The doctor needs to realize that although he may be worn out because of a marathon session of attending patients all day, it’s a unique experience for every patient that meets him and they deserve his complete attention and time. Disappointing experience. Won’t be going there again.
