Your father’s case made a very sad reading. More so because, It reflected exactly the experience I had with One another hospital at Chennai for my mother.(I have written a review on that too!)

What did other doctors say? What do you think - Is it a mistake or a medical situation.
Have you tried consumer court or something? Have you consulted lawyer? What do they say?
Please tell us. These are important so that someone’s father need not undergo same tragedy.

but arent you doing somehting about it . like consumer court .
you got to sue that place for all they have got .
