I went for a DMO role a few months back . Mamatha singh has no respect for my qualifications & experience. She blames organisation for less wages . On my face she said you aren’t the only one who are qualified & had some experience. If not you we will get many others. The other HR is very good cool headed & tried to calm her down. But she is not listening. Superintendent liked me very much but Mamtha singh gave bad feedback saying very bad conduct. So I got rejected there.
She is representing a big organisation & this is how she behave with the person who is holding MBBS degree.
