Special thanks to Dr. B.S. Aggarwal...Proper attention is given to patient realising him as he is at the right place to get cure. One suggestion I would like to give to reception staff what I didn’t feel good is that mistakes are part of life.. So instead of making freshers aware of their mistakes, they are made feel guilty that he or she has done wrong, specially in front of customers which is quite inappropriate.. So would love to see the co-operation of staff.
