I am facing a problem regarding my mediclaim policy.i am associated with apollo munich since 2011. My agent is very annoying he doesnt respond to my calls. he always ignore my calls.i wrote a mail to apollo munich to change my agent. I dont want him to be my agent.if something wrong happeaned than also he will not receive my call.its been 2-3 weeks. Apollo munich is not giving me a satisfactory reply.you can watch this photo.
