Our happiness to take our daughter back home soon converted into a frustrating and distressing experience of our lifetime. They made us follow up and wait for 8hrs post which they said the office is closed and it will be approved tomorrow! Our 3year old kid suffered from a severe pneumonia and was looking forward to go back home. despite our requests and several pleading. they failed to give any other reason but this- office is closed!
Can’t explain in words how painful they made it for us, but we determined to ensure we save other parents to go through this ever! So writing this review iew. Never ever buy any policy from them. they are cheats and worse than that is thier robotic attitude!
