I had to admit my mother in Apollo hospital for fractured bone surgery. The hospital gave me an estimate of 270000/- after taking 7 Hours for cashless approval the company approved only 150000/- My parents have a cover of 500000/-
This approval was also conditional for absolutely no reason.
This company tries to delay every claim. Not a single contact number works. All this frustration while your loved ones are in distress.
The 24X7 toll free number doesn’t work after 8 PM.
I mean if I’m paying a hefty premium for such poor service I might as well go for the less fancy policies.
They also provide pathetic service but cost way less.
