First their TPA: Family Health Plan is the most inefficient in industry. responded to cashless request after 20Hrs with a dumb query. All documents from hospital were promptly provided. Then they denied the cashless request. When contacted on phone, said that they were awaiting documents from hospital!
The hospital again provided documents and the claim was again rejected, on a completely different excuse!! When contacted again by the agent, raised a completely different query asking to furnish documents that didnt exist! When doctor gave a response to this effect! the claim was again rejected on a third pretext!!
Looks like rejecting claims is all their TPAs are told to do... never ever go for Apollo Munich.
