Apollo Munich "A Thief Health Insurance Company"

I am policy holder since last 4 years having sum assured 6, 00, 000 and I already paid 100000 rupees to Apollo Munich. My policy id is 110102/11122/6000137010-01. My father was required Cataract Operation and I visited to Eye 7 clinic for operation and Dr. Sanjay suggested for Famto laser surgery to my father and we applied the cashless for claim through Eye 7 but Apollo Munich denied for cashless. I applied 2 times but they denied I filed the query via IRDA but the result is same they denied the cashless but they reverted we will claim once operation will be done. Then I paid my self for my father’s operation. After that I applied for claim(claim id 402657) and settlement for reimbursement amount 81556. Now they approved only 38839 rupees and denied for 42717 reason behind "Not payable Femto Laser Charges". I want to know 2 reasons for the same:

1. When I applied for cashless why they didn’t inform me that We will not payable Femto Charges?

   
   




2. In my policy document, there is no where mentioned that will not support such kind of operation?

   
   

If you are going to pay my amount then Im going to file a case in consumer court for my fight against Apollo Munich.
