I am very much unhappy, got cheated by the Apollo Munich insurance.They don’t have protocols or rules. The people there don’t know why they are rejecting the pre authorize. The answer is no more further discussion on this.I had bad experience with 2 guys named sourabh and prashanth(so called team leaders with poor knowledge.
They don’t know why they reject and only tell that they have discussed and will give the result after the patient get discharged from the hospital.I lost around 2 lakhs because of this stupid insurance, They don’t have any clarity on terms and conditions.They don’t know what is preexisting illness.Their work is only to reject the insurance without any reason.
Kindly please don’t take insurance from them, I have the recordings of that people and they are so arrogant in answering our questions.While taking insurance they call us 1000 times but when the patient get admitted they don’t bother at all .
