Hello friends, I might want to share my experience to Apollo Munich Health Insurance, which is really not great by any means because of these issues -
I have not gotten my arrangement record in time; they took way more time than they promised. Fake promises at the time of issuing policy. At the time of settlement of claim, they backs away by giving terms and conditions which were unknown to us at the time of policy signing. Very exceptionally poor administration by back office staff and ostensible co-task from higher specialist. Loads of archives and heaps of reasons are the weapon of organization. Range of plans are extremely restricted yet premium appears to be high as contrast with other organization. Lots of inconvenience leading to stress.
Not recommended at all if you want mental peace.
