Worst insurance company to go with.
Very poor phone and email customer service.
The phone customer service agents will not have any answers to your queries and will ask you to email.
Email reply from the compnay will take about 3 to 4 days and would not be helpful either.
I tried to renew my policy(my 3rd year with them) and their site kept having issues with addition of critical illness and accidental riders(through by adding riders I was giving more business to them).
I have eventually decided to move to another insurance provider( as even after 2 weeks they have not been able to help me)
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY GIVE FOR NEW BUSINESS; IMAGINE WHAT KIND OF SERVICE YOU CAN EXPECT IN CASE OF AN ACTUAL CLAIM.!
