Apollo Munich Health Insurance

I am not getting support from Apollo Munich health insurance I am hospitalized & hold the policy.

I am Chandra Shekhar Policy holder of Apollo Munich Policy Number 110103/11051/1000406804-01.

I Met with accident on 21st of November before 15 kms  Kangra& my left hand got injured badly.

In a hurry I moved to Fortis Hospital Kangra  IP ID  #3895  here first aid given to me & Xray done where it found my left shoulder actually fractured. However there were no surgeon available at that moment so I moved to Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute Paschim Vihar- Delhi at 22nd of November to get the treatment IP ID # 145946.

Here surgery has to be done of my left hand.

Now Balaji Hospital concern team & me is following with you for approval, however your customer service team is asking for MNC if I drunk or not.  How can I go Fortis and get MNC for liquor. This is the most humiliated experience for me  Requesting you to intervene as it is impossible for me  to give you MNC as nothing provide us by Fortis Hospital.

I immediately need surgery and if It got delay due to your approval process. I will sue you, also will escalate this to all social media & will try to ensure nobody face the challenge of approval like I am doing. You can contact me on this number. #  95600491/ 98103693.
