Worst Insurance company you could ever deal with. I took their policy via makemytrip while purchasing my parents tickets to Sydney Australia
I was offered this policy from Make my trip while booking the tickets. I have always purchased Bupa for my parents and thankfully no claims were ever made earlier.
The letter from doctors cleared my mother as fit to travel, where as she fell sick here, that’s why people purchase insurance and this BULLSHIT COMPANY denied the claims due to unscrupulous rational backed up with unethical practice of this company.
DO NOT BUY THEIR POLICY.
