Have have taken personal accident as well and health policies for me and entire family from Apollo Munich.(Multiple policies).
I have experienced this two times(for different policies) in a row in last 1 months. So clearly there is something seriously wrong with their process.
This is what typically happens when you pay policy renew premium online:
You go to Apollo Munich website and pay premium of policy renewal.
The payment is successful and the system given you a confirmation reference number also for the premium payment. You think all is well.
But your policy does not get renewed in their system. You are not sent any emails for premium payment confirmation.
You talk to hone support, they confirm that premium has NOT been paid yet. You are asked to send mail to them for any further clarifications.
You send mail to customer support, and get a response after 4 working days, asking you to send bank statement confirming payment transaction.
You send bank statement to them and only after 10-15 working days of it, you get receipt of premium payment.
I mean, What the Heck.if they cant even confirm premium payments, how can we trust them for the need of hour situations.
I have lost confidence with them. Cant trust them anymore!
