I admitted my mom in Aditya Birla Hospital after 3 years of claim less policy.But cashless facility WAS NOT AVAILABLE SAYING they have some issues with Aditya Birla Hospital.Then I had to pay 70000 bill and applied for reimbursement. Reimbursement got rejected as I there expert doctor saying treatment didnt needed hospitalization.
After that I had to rush to the Birla for getting letter of why we needed hospitalization.then again it got rejected because I hadnt submitted first doctors receipt . this company is really dont want to settle any claim. they look for reason to reject.
