My brother had apollo health policy from 3 years. Just 4 months back unforunately due to illness my brother admitted at hosiptal. After 3 days treetment his health is good . And discharged. Cashless facility not applicable to this hospital so We paid complete bill amount at hospital. And then after 10 days he sent claim documents to the Apollo.
After 20 days they given reply as your documents are received but required 3 pending documents for settlement claim.
So we went hospital again and taken required docs and sent to Apollo.
Again after 30 days they given reply as required another 2 pending docs.
Any way we submitted.
Finally they required another pending document. We already submitted this one butvasked again.
And finally we got reply from Apollo as Your claim is rejected.
We submited documnets but no use. So how can we trust like this fraud Apollo. So please Avoid Apollo.
