I had made an order for Rs 2620 on Jan 13th and did not receive the hard copy of the invoice. When requested they said they send it with the order and do not send soft copies. After million complaints and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for the invoice. As a customer I have a right to receive the original invoice.
