I don’t think it helps my pain. I don’t think it relieves the pain, as much as it’s so menthol-y that it creates the illusion of the pain not being there. It definitely does not stop pain, just the menthol distracting you from the pain. It really didn’t help the joint pain at all. In my case. And most of all it really burn the skin badly. After using that sprey it causes the redness, which stey very long.
