Apollo Pharmacy Hyderabad is good for it’s prices. But the availability of medicines is not good. They always recommend different medicine or substituted product to that of what is mentioned in the prescription. They always offer Apollo manufactured medicines to all the products. If we reject the medicines, they try to convince us which is more irritating. This is not at all good. One or the other will definitely have side effects.
Another issue is the attitude of staff. They don’t care customers. They go in with their work of arranging medicines in the shelves, even though the customers are waiting outside. Customer service is not at all good.
