They don’t give any update on late delivery and there is no response from the customer support even after raising complaint tickets thrice on apollo app.
I had ordered medicines with proper prescription on 15th Nov and have not received order till 21st Nov.
After following up multiple times, I still do not know whether my order will be delivered by Apollo Pharmacy.
I would like to request Apollo Pharmacy to remove express’2 hour deliver’ from the app/website(i have attached screenshot for reference).
It should mention express’2 weeks delivery’.
