Here am sharing my experience. Am living in chitradurga smallest city in karnataka. here having more than 5 appolo pharmacies, (i saw 5). I am a cricket player and I got injury while I was playing. that day I went to ortho doctor and took xray, he told don’t worry its only a sprain, and prescribed for 3 medicines. one ointment diclofenac for pain and chymotripsin paracetamol combination drug name’chymoral plus’ and one antibiotic for injury.
after that me and my friend went to buying medicine from medical shop nearby. yes appolo pharmacy. we entered to shopp and give prescription letter to them. first 5 min medical staff search medicine and sit in front of the laptop. after 10 min staff give 3 medicines, we just check drugs but saw some mistakes. antibiotic only same but chymoral plus and antibiotic they given their own product, that medicine combination also different. we just ask to them about this mistake, they told if u want to medicine we will give these only or u go another shopp. we shocked. after we throw their medicines and went out.
I noticed one thing, that shopp completely their medicines only. my friend asked about hair oil rate and offer. they wrote in red color 10%off that’s why. thay told all offrr included with MRP, then what purpose they want to write OFFER. and staff told "if u want to get offer, u should register with us with 150 rupees. then we will give one card. then after next shopping we will reduce discount from total bill amount when that reaches minimum 500 rupees". What a business trick.
