I ordered GlucellC serum from Apollo Pharmacy Online. Their app showed a product with an image, with 25% ethyl ascorbic acid which I ordered. What I received was entirely different thing, with 20% glyceryl ascorbic acid. Totally different chemical compound, different potency. It’s a different composition.
It was delivered to me on September 24 and I raised a return request then and there as soon as I noticed the glitch. I got a call from them sharing a link over message saying you need to upload images there. I followed the request. I checked on 26th and saw They have placed the return on hold. When you check the app, you see on front it says on hold, and when you click on the request, it takes you to a new section where it says request confirmed and the item will be picked up in 1-2 days. Anyways, it’s been nearly a week now that they have not done anything about it. There’s no number to call them. I again managed to connect with chatbot and when I asked there’s no concrete answer. They created a ticket on 26th with 24-48 hr. Resolution/pickup timeline. Which got completed today. I again reached out to them today but they just keep creating new tickets with new extended timelines. These guys are big time fraud and I sincerely wonder, that so easily they deliver serums/medicines with different chemical composition, you never know when you gonna die of allergy by applying or consuming an unknown chemical! This is a very serious threat to our lives. They’re very happily jeopardizing people’s health and life without any remorse or conscience! They are fraudulent at heart and scammers in mind!
