I had a very bad experience with the Apollo hospital OMR Chennai, I had booked an online appoint for my father in law . The date of appointment is 26/06/2017 Monday evening 5 PM to 5 15 PM . The appointment was given for consulting the doctor Raghavan Narasimhan . When I reached the hospital at 4.45 the help desk person doesn’t aware of the appointment . She informed that the Doctor Raghavan Narasimhan is not available in this branch and another doctor name Karthik was available till 4 PM on that day . I wondered how come they given an appoint for foe consulting the doctor at 5 PM at the mean time time the doctor left by 4 PM itself . When I asked for another appointment, the reception lady was very rude in reply and told me to call her before leaving to hospital next time!, How pathetic the service of a so called reputed hospital in India . Even individual consultant physician’s will provide appoint and they will be stick to the appointment times at Chennai .
I had fed up an booked an appointment with another hospital(Global Hospital) which is very near to my home .
I requesting better avoid Apollo hospital at Chennai since they dont have any quality in service
