This last visit to this dump was the last straw! I use to love Applebee’s but ever since I moved to Lemoore, CA and started going to the one in Hanford, CA I have had nothing but trouble. On one Visit we had to wait almost an hour to get seated....it was a normal day not a holiday or anything. Then we waited another 30 min. before a waiter/waitress even came to our table to get drink/appetizer orders, waited another 30 min. to get our appetizer and it was ice cold, it was suppose to be the spinach dip but the cheese they put on top wasn’t even melted. Then we waited another 45 min. to get our dinner. Their excuse was "Oh we had a big party come in right before you" That is NOT an excuse there are many other restaurants that are much busier that still get your food to you quickly such as Olive Garden.
Anyhow what finally was the last straw was my visit yesterday, I went with my bf and we both ordered the steak...his medium rare and mine rare. Well we waited forever again to have our drink orders taken, we even timed them it was pathetic, then when we got our meal our mashed potatoes were Ice Cold. Well right now as I’m typing this out I’m running back and forth to the bathroom because I have FOOD POISONING and have been in agony for the past 3 hours, my BF has it too but mine is worse.
Wow I can’t believe I let it come down to having diahria ever 5 min. to get me to stop going to a restaurant.
