I bought an iPad mini 3, 64GB Wi-Fi, and I personally love it. I know much has not changed from last generation’s model, but it is still a bit faster than the iPad Mini 2.
I suggest to not go for the 16GB model, it just isn’t enough storage. Touch ID is useful as well. I’ve had my iPad Mini 3 for 15 months now, and it still works good as new. I do however wish Apple gave it an A8Xchip rather than the slightly aging A7 from the iPad Mini 2. But overall, I think it’s worth the money.
