Crap product. I bought this for my 2 year old son to keep him calm on a 6 hour flight. It won’t charge on any charger and barely will on the one they provided. You have to jimmy rig the charger they provide to even get it to charge. Because of that you can’t even connect it to your computer to download music and videos.
I stood literally right next to my high speed router and it would barely even pick up internet signal. Although it seems like a good deal, pass on it, you’ll be glad you did.
