Apple IPAD 4 - Serial Number: DKVKN09AF18P
I purchased an Apple IPAD 3G last year. The device was replaced 4 times by Apple after hardware issues. Every time assurance was given that it was an exception. The fourth device given to me had again hardware issues and after lot of struggle and harassment Apple assured to refund the money. From months, I am struggling to get the status of my money.
Apple customer care always play with diplomatic statements on phone but refuse to write the same on emails. This is going on from months and I have been simply harassed by Apple.
After more than 35 emails, reminders, hours spent on phone calls there is no conclusion. I was told few weeks ago that the refund has been processed. But now customer care is not ready to respond and provide the status.
Its a simple case of cheat, mental harassment and I am planning to visit Consumer Court to challenge it.
My suggestion- Do not buy any Apple product or be ready to face harassment with Apple poor support.
