Apple ipad mini is awsome device for teens. it has easy to use interface and is protected for bugs and viruses. Very beautiful display, exelent battery life(more than 1 day of use), good camera, good performance with no lags, it’s very cheap for what you get, but the only issue is the internal memory, 16 GB isn’t enough for an ipad and its made for gaming, if you’re low on cash and you like the mini 4 just buy the mini2 there is not a lot differences between the 4 and the 2, and go for the 64GB version.
