Its been more than a year I am using iPad mini 2 -wifi connect and I must say that I am quite content with product.It is connected to internet via WiFi connection.It cost me 18K in INR.The display screen is approximately 8 inch in length.With its smooth touch and picture display quality the iPad mini 2 is a worth buying product.It is available in two colours. One in white and the other black.The one I bought is a black body in the front and a silver metal body on its back.It is easy to carry and moreover very easy to function.The settings icon available on its display screen is a kind of self explanatory guide.If anyone wants to make changes in wallpaper, increase the brightness, set up a password and many other features available, the person can do it with an ease.As far as video quality is concerned it is just awesome and for sure the quality of sound is immensely effective when it is heard using an earphone.The only challenge is is one has to buy ear phone separately because it is not provided with the iPad.In the last one year I have not faced any problem with the performance of my iPad however the service centre has all the promises to take care of any software related problems to iPad if arises.I would recommend to go for this product with no suspicion in mind.
