Apple day by day coming down device quality. I’m started with my journey with Apple with iPhone 4s, 5, 5s, 7, 11, 12, 13now. I observed Apple how improving phones, software updates product quality is decreasing why I’m saying this word because iPhone 13mini purchased on 12.10.2022, midnight green and presently facing a back camera problem it’s blur image showing when I’m opening my back camera. So I went authorised service centre where I buy this iPhone also same place IMAGINE STORE , DILSUKHNAGAR, Hyderabad, INDIA. Same place inside the store Icare service available I have given here & After checking of Icare service people says it’s camera problem then I asked how it’s running iPhone. People says I don’t know call to once apple customer care. I raised a complaint in apple customer chat he tells visit local I care service centre. I said I already visited then only I’m asking you .. finally customer care person says I’m not a hardware or technician. One branded technician and one branded customer care people don’t know about their products problems how we can believe apple. Apple dicreasing quality. We don’t look this type of quality less products.
