It was in the month of 17th june 2013, like almost all ardent fan of I phone I too was eager to buy an I phone 4.from my hard earned savings I have brought a brand new iphone 4.at that time the cost of mobile cost me 26500.
I exchanged my another mobile for 7k and replaced my phone with iPhone 4 for 19500, best thing I was told by the store guy was that when ever you want to buy or sell this iphone you will be getting a minimum buy back guarantee for Rs.7500 I thought its a good deal and brought iPhone 4.
It was working well for few days.but after some days there was an update to ios 8 than real problem started.my phone used to hang a lot .after the update.
But I managed to get it working by deleting all the heavy videos which I have taken from my phone.that includes my wedding and my family get together. Thn I faced a problem lot but I was like in a situation where I could not tell anyone coz if I tell my family members they would barge at me for spending so much on a mobile phone.that too iPhone which has its own uniqueness of being a rich men’s toy, but being a middle class I thought to give it a try.
Despite all the struggle of phone hanging.i have Crossed two years of using it I use phone very dedicatedly.that’s how I still looks I have purchased 2 or 3 months back.recently last week my phone got switched off completely.i was thinking my battery got drained.i kept fr charging so it was like charging and getting off .this continued for few minutes.than I thought let me take my phone back up so that ateast I could save my data and other details.
To my surprise itunes asked me to new update available need to update.there were two options available. One is update and another was recover.i thought its software update issue let me update.but to my surprise it struck in middle.and it said itunes cloud not update after 1.1 GB download of data.than nxt day I took it to the store from where I have purchase.
Its unicorn infosolutions pvt ltd in Malviya nagar in New Delhi.he said u need to take to service center above our store on 1 st floor.service center guy said it will take some time to update and its out of warranty so u I’ll be charged Rs.800 for complete phone to start.i said ok.but after some time .service center guy comes and says .its of no use your iphone mother board is damaged and you need to pay Rs.10500 and ull get a brand new iPhone 4 out of curiosity I asked.
Why dont you keep this phone and return my buy back money of Rs.7500 he laughed at me said sir.for this phone you only get a big zero amount.keep it you can ask your children to play with it.it was such a humiliation that our of nervousness I just came out with out uttering a word.All I want to know is iphone cant be afford by the middle class people or what?.if NO.than I just want to know.was I phone owners were born rich.?
What will substitute to the loss which I phone mobile and brand iphone has given me?cos with this loss I have lost a lot.but people like me who have used their hard earned money to buy iPhone might have lost a lot of trust as well.cos a trust is lost everything I s lost.
All. I want to tell all guys.dont waste your hard earned money to buy costly iPhone. Instead you can buy a simple good feature phone(android) and save a lot cos for a company like iPhone customers like us dont matter all that matter’s them is the rich brats who are eager to buy all I products on 1st day 1st show.i dont know how many of you will agree but.pls beware cos.if you people course Chinese products.iPhone is manufactured in china .only assembled in California. Better buy phone of brand like Xiaomi. Or Micromax.
