My 4S was given initial delivery date of 13th Jan’14, got a message in the morning of 11th that it will be delivered by 7 pm. I was expecting call from the delivery man but in the evening receives an sms saying that undelivered because no contact could be made reattempt will be tried. I wonder my phone never gets out of network!
Anyways that was on 11th. Sunday was holiday.
Today since morning I was waiting to be contacted or at least a message for expected delivered as initially promised on order, but nothing. I myself called them up to get abreast of the situation only to get amazed that costumer support knows nothing about the where about of my phone. They after taking my tracking id read out what anyone can check online. The fellow couldn’t even tell me whether the delivery will happen today or not and asked to wait till noon. That pissed me off!
Then 3 more calls to costumer support to get the same reply as earlier "sir please wait for today blah blah blah". What annoyed me most was that they don’t know where the hell is my shipment currently. Neither they could get hold of the location of the shipment. How ridiculous! Every time I asked to give me no. of delivery man or sorting facility they were blank on this. They just don’t know about where about the shipment, sounds crazy.
Now on the last call I am assured of delivery tomorrow(14th Jan’14). Fingers crossed. Will probably cancel the order if it doesn’t happen as promised this time.
This miscoordination simply left me puzzled and not sure next time I am gonna buy any stuff or not.
