Are you are looking to switch from an iphone 4/4S to a 5...Well I did and so I can share my experience ! An upfront confession...Im an iFan ! You name iT...I have ! Yet, im not too impressed with the iPhone 5... Yes its sleeker, lighter.. and faster ??...think again besides sms, calls, mails, some social networking & games, what more do you use the phone for ? Does speed really make a difference..Anyway, the camera is great as well, but there are Samsung & even Nokia that match the cams. The nokia is used in 2000’s had a ’sms the caller’ function which is a feature in the new 6 series iOS...The speaker quality and music volume is a concern in the iPhone 5 as compared to the 4...
The biggest drawback is the lack of any WOW feature that was the hallmark of "i" products in the early days...This sadly has gone to the grave as well...So in short if you own a 4 or 4S, upgrade the IOS and you are there for free ! If you still need the X factor of the latest iPhone..go for it, but dont expect anything way beyond just that ! The other recco is to go for a used set through your known dealer, so that if you’re not as thrilled as you expected, you wont lose too much money when you re-trade, as they are ALWAYS in demand ! Just 1 more thing...heard that the the side color in the black pieces tend to chip..so either go for white (no chipping reports) or spend on a good cover...For those with a high end Samsung Galaxy, the big difference between the iPhone & Samsung OS remains the superb unmatched fluidity of the iOS, apart from the plethora of apps ad the sleekness of the 5...so a good switch for sure !
