...Bad Experience overall....

When I return to UK I bought the iphone 5c in august 2015, on a 2 year contract.Two weeks ago the phone went black and the apple icon was flickering;completely inoperable.


I called tech support they couldn’t help but suggested the Apple store.I took it to the Apple store and the tech said those phones cannot upgrade the latest software anymore and the phones are becoming extinct.


If I had purchased a particular insurance when I bought the phone, they would have given me a new phone.


Very upset, I went to At&T store to see what option I had.The retail associate told me, I had to payoff the balance before I could get another phone.In conclusion, I had this phone for 1.6 yrs.


I’m paying for a phone that I cannot use and have to pay the balance in full;absolutely RIDICULOUS.Had the salesman mentioned any red flags regarding the 5c or even suggested the 35$ dollar insurance.I probably would have choose differently.If you’re not a technical savvy person, do your homework or ask a lot of question first.
