You are talking about big brand, but it has no value of you. and I am one of the victim of them. I have been using Apple product and I had an issue so I went to unicorn service center in Pune. I was insulted twice without giving any solutions.
I had bought a phone of 40300+ 5500 for the repairing charges. Different service centers are having different answers. They are having their own settings, sometimes local apple guy working in Vijay Sales Shops can ask you to pay 2000 Rs extra and exchange your phone. but when you are going to apple service people, they will not entertain you.
I just have encounter this issue. I want to ask such big companies, if you cant give service, why are you selling your products. you are standing for the nice service which you used to deliver in past, but gradually I wish that all my near ones never come to you to be insulted in your service center
People from service center had not only refused my problem but also insulted me in all the ways.
