My iPhone 5S battery is completely swollen and has ruptured the case, thereby rendering the phone completely inoperable. Apple isn’t allowing me lodge a complaint.
Thank God, I had seen that happen in front of my eyes and have immediately disconnected, otherwise I would have probably been in a hospital/morgue
